Wir suchen aufgrund von Jobwechsel nach Nachmietern für unsere wunderschöne Loftwohnung. Wir bewerben die Wohnung als 2.5-Zimmerwohnung, da ihre Fläche mind. einer solchen entspricht und die meisten Suchparameter eine solche Unterscheidung nicht machen. Faktisch ist es aber eine 2.5-Zimmerwohnung. Trotz Industrial-chic strotz die Wohnung in der ehemaligen SIG-Fabrik vor Wärme und Charme. Lichtdurchflutet und mit Decken von 4.5 Metern Höhe fühlt man sich hier sofort wohl. Ein Bad mit Toilette, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Badewanne, sowie ein zusätzliches Bad mit WC und Dusche versüssen das Wohfühlen. Ausserdem gibt es im verbundenen Geböude Grüner Baum eine riesige Dachterasse mit schöner Aussicht, Smoker, Ping-Pong-Tisch, WCs und Aufenthaltsraum zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für die Bewohner. Dort finden auch wiederholt Filmabende der Nachbarn statt, wo man immer willkommen ist. Die Wohnungen wurde im Oktober 2018 fertig gestellt und ist seit da von uns bewohnt worden. Auf dem Areal befinden sich ausserdem eine Kita, ein Co-Working-Space, ein Fitness-Center, sowie ein Restaurant mit Kantine und Café. Der Rheinfall ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und direkt vor dem Haupteingang führt eine Strasse in ca. 3 Minuten an den Rhein. Schaffhausen ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Weitere Distanzen: S-Bahnhof Neuhausen Rheinfall: 2 Minuten S-Bahnhof Neuhausen: 7 Minuten Bus (nach Schaffhausen ca. 5 Minuten): 3 Minuten Coop/Denner/Post: 8 Minuten
