Description of Services
ClubOne (Basic/Power/Prime)
ClubOne is a product for corporate clients. It entitles corporate clients to publish an unlimited number of properties on homegate.ch and, without any additional cost, to post 13 pictures1, one document, one video and one link to a website or to a 360° virtual tour for each property on homegate.ch. For new-build properties with the same address a maximum of 5 adverts with the same detailed description may be published.
The specific monthly flat rate fees agreed to with the corporate client concerned shall apply. The ClubOne monthly flat rate fees shall be invoiced each month by SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Ltd. In the event of late payment, SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Ltd shall be entitled to discontinue the provision of further services at any time without prior notice either temporarily or definitively.
The minimum term shall be 12 months. The term shall be extended thereafter automatically by further periods of 12 months unless written notice to terminate the service is given at least 3 months prior to the expiry date of the minimum term or an extension. In the event of early termination or cessation of usage by the corporate client the fee shall nonetheless be owed for the full term. After the first 12 months have elapsed, any welcome discounts for new ClubOne customers will expire and ClubOne will be extended at the full monthly rate.
ClubOne Basic/Power/Prime clients may set up data forwarding to other portals supported by Homegate free of charge.
ClubOne Entry
ClubOne Entry is an offer for new business customers. It entitles them to list an unlimited number of properties on Homegate and to upload 13 pictures1, one document and one video per property at no additional charge. In the case of new-build properties with the same address, a maximum of five listings with the same descriptions may be published.
The monthly rates agreed with the business customer apply. The ClubOne Entry monthly rate is invoiced each month by SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Ltd. In the event of late payment, SMG Swiss Marketplace Group Ltd is entitled to suspend the further provision of the services temporarily or permanently.
The minimum term of the ClubOne Entry offer is 12 months. It will then be extended automatically by a further 12 months if the service is not terminated in writing at least three months before the end of the minimum term or an extension period. After the first 12 months have elapsed, the welcome discount for new customers will expire and ClubOne Entry will be extended at the full monthly rate.
ClubOne family – overview of the services
[1] An image may only show one area, e.g. living room, kitchen, view from the balcony, etc. Images showing multiple areas are considered multiple images and will be charged individually according to our rates. Homegate also reserves the right to decline images showing multiple areas or to remove them from the platform.
TopListing Basic/Plus and PremiumListing Products
Property adverts may be presented or highlighted as follows on homegate.ch:
- as PremiumListing adverts,
- as TopListing Plus adverts
- as TopListing Basic adverts, and
- as standard adverts.
It is standard for the search result lists on the Real Estate Platform to list first the PremiumListing adverts, followed by the TopListing Plus adverts, followed by the TopListing Basic adverts and thereafter the standard adverts. If the inquirer organises the search result list according to different criteria (e.g. according to price), the TopListing Basic, TopListing Plus and PremiumListing adverts will be sorted and presented accordingly in line with these criteria.
If there are several PremiumListing, TopListing Plus or TopListing Basic listings in a search results list, they are displayed in the following order: City name, Zip code, Price, Number of Rooms, Publishing date for each PremiumListing, TopListing Plus and TopListing Basic category.
PremiumListing and TopListing Plus are additional services (options) for adverts that have already been published and may be activated or deactivated by clients at any time.
PremiumListing and TopListing Plus are available for a fee. For corporate clients the list price is 10.00 CHF plus VAT per day for a TopListing Plus (TopListing Plus day) and 20.00 CHF plus VAT per day for a PremiumListing (PremiumListing day). Invoices for PremiumListing days and TopListing Plus days shall be issued monthly on the basis of the number of days on which the additional service has been activated. A PremiumListing day or TopListing Plus day shall start at 0:00 hours and shall last for 24 hours. An incomplete day during which a TopListing Plus or a PremiumListing has been active for less than 24 hours shall be reported and invoiced as a full day.
TopListing Basic is an automatically managed additional service that is available to ClubOne Prime and Power members only. A certain number of all customer's listings, as determined by their contract, is always promoted using this product. Customers can still choose to upgrade TopListing Basic objects to Plus or Premium.
The number of PremiumListing and TopListing bookings and days shall be updated daily and displayed on the real estate portal.
BrandedListing
The BrandedListing is a product for corporate clients in the ClubOne contract model.
The product applies to the detailed page of all listings published by a customer (on all customer accounts associated with the same ClubOne contract). The customer can use those banners for a marketing campaign to promote their individual message.
The minimum term is bound to the ClubOne contract. The term shall be extended automatically thereafter by further periods of 12 months unless written notice to terminate the service is given at least three months prior to the expiry date of the minimum term or an extension. In the event of early termination or cessation of usage by the corporate client, the fee shall nonetheless be owed for the full term.
The following banner formats are included to be used/filled:
Desktop:
- Maxiboard – 994 x 118 px (above the picture gallery)
- Halfpage – 300 x 600 px (on the right-hand side of the listing)
Mobile web:
- Mobile Wideboard – 320 x 160 px (above the picture gallery)
The BrandedListing product is not applied to the listings shown on the Homegate native apps (iOS or Android).
The bottom Wideboard – 994 x 250 px normally integrated on the detailed page will remain ad-free within the BrandedListing product duration.
The company’s name and logo will be integrated by Homegate at the top of the contact form.

Private customer listings
Private listers can create and publish listings on homegate.ch. Listings will remain visible until they are deleted or archived by the person who published them.
The costs for each listing are calculated in weekly rates for each week of publication. This can vary from listing to listing depending on a number of factors, such as the location and type of property and whether it’s for sale or rent. A weekly rate applies for seven days, with each day beginning at midnight and ending 24 hours later at midnight. For each new week of publication, the weekly rate is billed in full.
The first weekly rate will be billed once you submit the listing. Additional costs based on length of publication are billed every four weeks, but no later than the point of deletion or archiving of the listing.
Listers can see the binding listing costs before their listing is finalised for publication or reactivation on homegate.ch and this cost will apply for the entire duration of the listing. Please note that the costs for a new listing on Homegate may have changed once a listing has been deleted.

NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Products Classic, Easy, Top
The offers Classic, Easy and Top are products for corporate clients. They enable real estate adverts to be placed in accordance with clause 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Business. Contracts between corporate clients and Homegate AG shall be concluded on an open-ended basis. Real estate adverts shall be published until instructed otherwise by the corporate client.
The contract may be terminated in writing subject to compliance with a notice period of one month, at the end of a month.
Prices from 01.06.2022 (in CHF excl. VAT)
Product DuoPack
DuoPack is an offer for customers of the company. Advertisements will be displayed on the homegate.ch platform, immostreet.ch and other satellite platforms.
The specific monthly fees agreed with the individual customers apply. The DuoPack monthly fees are invoiced once a month by Homegate AG. In the event that payment is delayed, Homegate AG is authorised to withhold provision of services at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior warning.
The minimum duration is 12 months. The duration is then extended by another 12 months, provided that the services are not cancelled in writing at least three months before expiry of the minimum duration or of any extension period that may apply. If the customer cancels or terminates use early, or if the service is discontinued due to delays in payment, the fees remain payable for the full duration.
