Das Haus ist in einem Wohnbereich (ca. 34 m²) und einer grosszügigen Galerie für den Schlafbereich (ca. 34 m²) unterteilt. Von außen erreicht man den schönen Steinkeller/Grottino. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nur wenige Schritte vom Dorfzentrum entfernt.

Dieses kleine und charmante Haus ist sehr gemütlich und komfortable. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohn-/Esszimmer, Einbauschrank, Waschraum mit Waschtrockner sowie ein Gäste-WC. This rustic house has been completely renovated in 3018 and retains its beautiful stone wall on the lower part. The house is divided into a living area (approx. 34 m²) and a large mezzanine floor serves as a bedroom (approx. 34 m²). From the outside you reach the beautiful stone cellar/grottino. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of the village centre.

This small and charming house is very cosy and very comfortable. The living area has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, built-in closet, laundry room with washer-dryer and guest WC. Upstairs there is the bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and the master bathroom with shower.

Note: At present the house is rented and guarantees an income if you don't use it personally.
