Wir haben ein Zimmer frei in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung. Es ist gross und kann auf Wunsch auch voll möbliert gemietet werden. Alle Nebenkosten wie schnellstes Swisscom Internet sind ebenfalls inklusive. Du hast ideale ÖV Verbindungen und bist ruck-zuck überall, 13min bis Zürich HB / 10min bis Stadelhofen / 13min bis Oerlikon / 21min bis Flughafen / 19min bis Uster. . Momentan wohnen Calum (24j. m), Fabian (27, m) und Jack (24j, m) hier. Ein Zimmer ist ab 1.12. verfügbar und für dieses suchen wir nun eine/n Nachmieter/in. Wir schätzen eine ordentliche Wohnung und einen respektvollen sowie unkomplizierten Umgang miteinander. Jeder soll so leben können wie er/sie ist und wie es für einem am besten passt, immer mit Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner. Interessiert? We have an available room in our comfortable apartment. It?s big and can be rented unfurnished or fully furnished as well. All side costs like fastest Swisscom internet are also included. You have ideal connections with the public transportation and are quickly everywhere around, 13min to Zürich HB / 10min to Stadelhofen / 13min to Oerlikon / 21min to Flughafen / 19min to Uster. Also shopping opportunities are all close by. The apartment is spacious, very modern, has 2 bathrooms, own washingmachine/dryer and several big balconies. At the moment Calum (24j. m), Fabian (27, m) and Jack (24j, m) are living here. One room will be available starting from 1.12. and from then we are looking for a friendly new tenant. or by arrangement.
