"WG-Zimmer zu vermieten"

Das Zimmer ist ca. 8m2 gross, Teil einer 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung und ist unmöbliert. Die Wohnung besitzt zudem ein Bad, einen gemütlichen Essbereich, eine Küche (mit Geschirrspüler) und ein Wohnzimmer mit Anschluss zum Balkon. Ebenfalls gibt es einen Veloraum und ein Kellerabteil im Haus.
Wir suchen eine sympathische, ordentliche Person zwischen 21 und 30 Jahren. Wir sind Fernando (25), Musikstudent und Benjamin (25), Animator.

The room is 8m2, part of a 4.5-room-flat and comes without furniture. The flat has also a bathroom, a comfortable dining space, a kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a living room with adjoining balcony. Also there is a bicycle room and a basement compartment in the house.
We are looking for a friendly, tidily person between 21 and 30 years of age. We are Fernando (25), music student, and Benjamin (25), animator.
