Hallo,
ich suche für mein schönes Wg Zimmer Monbijou/Weissenbühl ab Anfang/Mitte März bis Ende Juni/Julie einen Untermieter. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, ca. 7 m2 groß und in einer wunderschönen 3-Zimmer Altbau Wohnung. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ca. 80m2, von denen eine Küche mit Ofen/Herd/Spül- und Waschmachine, ein Bad mit separater Toilette und ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Balkonen mitbenutzt werden können. Du würdest zusammen mit Gaetan (28, aus La Réunion) wohnen. Er ist ruhig, arbeitet in Zürich, kocht ausgezeichnet und ein geselliger Freund für das Feierabend Bier/Wein. Eine Putzfrau kommt alle zwei Wochen, sodass du nicht mal den Putzlappen schwingen musst, wenn du das nicht willst. Eine Tiefgarage befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Haus, welche separat gemietet werden kann (dabei könnte ich dir helfen).
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Stadt und Inselspital (jeweils ca. 15 min).

I am looking for a sub-tenant for my beautiful room in Monbijou / Weissenbühl from Beginning/ mid-March to the end of june/ July. The room is furnished, approx. 7 m2 and in a beautiful 3-room apartment. The apartment has a total of approx. 80m2, of which a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with separate toilet and a nice large living room with two balconies can be used. You would live with Gaetan (28, from Reunion Island). He is calm, works in Zurich, cooks excellent and is a sociable friend for the evening beer / wine. A cleaning lady comes every two weeks so you don't even have to swing your cleaning rag if you don't want to. An underground car park is directly opposite the house, which can be rented separately (I could help you with that).
The apartment is located exactly between the city and Inselspital (approx. 15 minutes each).
