This unique mansion was built in 1934 by the famous architect Prof. Hans Volkart (Stuttgart 1895 - 1965). He conceived it as an elegant and stately home and applied high quality natural materials. In 1943 a separate double garage was added to the property.

Die 1997 bis 1998 sorgfältig und gründlich ausgeführten Renovationen respektierten die einmalige Bausubstanz, so dass der Liegenschaft ihre vornehme Eleganz erhalten blieb.
