Abstellraum zur Mitbenutzung, Cheminée, grosser Balkon, optional viel Platz und Stauraum. Das Highlight ist sicher der bereits erwähnte sagenhafte und unverbaubare Ausblick! Das schönste überhaupt: Bergluft und Ruhe pur! Die Wander- und Velowege auf verschiedenste Alpen, bis ins Justistal oder das Niederhorn, beginnen vor der Haustüre.Angegebene Quadratmeter wurden genau nicht gemessen, gesamte Fläche dürfte um die 86-60m2 sein (4.5-3.5 Räume ? je nach Raumgestaltung/Nutzung/Zurechnung sonstige Fläche wie grosser Balkon etc.).Wir suchen einen Mieter/eine Mieterin, egal welchen Alters, der/die diese spezielle und von Ruhe und Schönheit geprägte Oase ebenso zu schätzen weiss wie wir. Grillieren auf Balkon mit Elektro-Grill ebenfalls ok (da Holz-Chalet ist keine andere Grill-Art möglich).Die nächste Bus-Station ist nur 1 KM entfernt in Tschingel mit guten Busverbindungen, noch besser angeschlossen ist das nur ca. 4.5 KM entfernte Heiligenschwendi (die Strassen sind alle geteert und Schneeräumung durch Gemeinde organisiert). Mit dem Velo sind beide Bushaltestellen problemlos zu erreichen, Tschingel problemlos auch zu Fuss, der Strassenverlauf nach Tschingel ist flach, nach Heiligenschwendi nur leicht ansteigend).In nur 8 Minuten gelangt man mit dem Auto nach Sigriswil, in nur 16 Minunten nach Thun (via Heiligenschwendi) auf geteerter Strasse - praktisch ohne Verkehr - ein sehr grosser Vorteil, denn die alternative Seestrasse direkt am nördlichen Thunersee ist insbesondere an Wochenenden stark befahren.Besichtigungen finden jeweils nach Rücksprache und voraussichtlich nur an einem Tag pro Woche statt, da die Wohnung derzeit noch vermietet ist.
