Das eine Zimmer hat einen fantastischen Blick über den Zürichsee, genauso wie das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Es steht ein Arbeitsplatz zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung (Ausblick siehe Foto). Ausserdem gibt es einen Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, eine moderne Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine sowie ausreichend Kühlschrankkapazität.Die WG wird gerade neu gegründet. Bitte erzählt kurz etwas über euch bei Interesse an dem Zimmer. Die erste Mitbewohnerin: Ich heisse Cornelia, bin 34 Jahre alt und deutsche Expat. Ich fahre Motorrad, verreise mehrmals im Jahr und handle aktiv an der Börse. Abends würde ich gerne mal Playstation-Turniere machen und Brettspiele spielen. Ich bin eine vielreisende Ärztin, die gute Gespräche und interessante Mindsets mag. Ich möchte einen Ort schaffen, an den jeder nach oft langer Reise oder langem Arbeitstag gerne zurückkehrt. Von der Zweck-WG bis hin zu gemeinsamen Unternehmungen ist vieles denkbar. Das WG-Leben soll zwanglos sein ausser einige wenige Regeln: Ruhe. Rauchen ist absolut ausgeschlossen. Jeder hält Bad und Küche sauber und investiert eine Stunde im Monat für Putzarbeiten am Gemeinschaftsgut. Sauberkeitsgrad stets repräsentativ. Tiere sind grundsätzlich erwünscht. Ein Badesee und natürlich der Zürichsee sind in Fahrradentfernung, genauso wie ein hübsches Naturschutzgebiet. Schindellegi ist für seine langen Sonnentage bekannt. Es bietet einen der geringsten Steuersätze der Schweiz. Die S-Bahn ist in 5 Gehminuten fussläufig erreichbar, in ca. 40 Minuten ist man in Zürich.
