Ich habe hier 5 Jahre gewohnt und war immer sehr zufrieden. Ziehe jetzt in eine grössere Wohnung, die auch einen Tick näher an SBB ist, da ich öfter nach Zürich pendeln muss. Da ich einige Möbel von der jetzigen Bewohnerin meiner neuen Wohnung übernehme, kann ich anbieten, einen Garderobenschrank und zwei Schränke im Bad sowie die meisten Lampen in der Wohnung zu lassen, wenn wir uns auf einen dem Restwert dieser gebrauchten Gegenstände angemessenen Preis einigen.Sie können diese Immobilie per Videoanruf besichtigen. I have lived here for 5 years and was always very happy. Moving now to a larger apartment that is also a nudge closer to SBB as I need to commute to Zurich more often. As I take over some furniture from the current inhabitant of my new apartment, I can offer to leave a wardrobe closet and two closets in the bathroom as well as most lamps in the apartment if we agree on a price appropriate to the remaining value of those used items.You can view this property by video call. Depending on the amount of interested parties, I may decide to offer 2-3 "open flat" dates, otherwise individual visit on request at agreed time.I am leaving end of October so are preferably looking for someone who can take over as of 1 Nov or 15 Nov so I don't pay the month double rent.
