Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadt und liegt fast an der Aare. - Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank- Büro/Gästezimmer (momentan kein separates Bett, könnte aber organisiert werden)- Helles Wohnzimmer mit Bettsofa und Esstisch- Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne- Separate Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine- Balkon mit Verglasung, die geöffnet werden kann (unbeheizter Wintergarten) mit Sicht auf die Aare- Ein eigenes Kellerabteil- Veloraum zur Mitbenutzung, ein Velo steht auf Wunsch auch zur Verfügung- Zwei Waschmaschinen, ein Tumbler und ein Trockenraum stehen im Wohnblock zur Verfügung. Einen festen Waschplan gibt es nicht, das Waschen ist stets unkompliziert.Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Liegenschaft und dennoch zentral gelegen mit einem Innenhof zum Quartier (Balkonseite) im 2. Stock ohne Lift.- Nächste Bushaltestelle 110 m (1 Gehminute)- Bahnhof Solothurn West 700 m (9 Gehminuten)- Stadtzentrum 750 m (10 Gehminuten)- Autobahnausfahrt Solothurn West 1 km (4 Autominuten)Aussenparkplätze stehen vor der Liegenschaft kostenlos zur Verfügung.
