L'appartement comporte une cuisine partiellement agencée, d'une salle de bain commune et d'un mini salon commun avec un canapé pour se détendre. La personne pourra s?installer à partir du 1er février et devra rester 1 an minimum même si elle ne figurera pas sur le bail (sous-location). Nous cherchons une fille, étudiante, d?au moins 21 ans qui est ouverte, calme et propre et qui a vraiment envie d?une vie en colocation. Une personne qui sera rarement présente dans la coloc le week-end sera prioritaire. Le loyer est à 584.75CHF (les charges sont partiellement comprises--> acomptes en fin d'année si surplus de consommation).
