Une belle chambre lumineuse d'environ 12 m^2 va se libérer dans notre coloc de filles pour le 1er février 2024! La colocation est à Chailly et est composée de 3 filles avec toi! La chambre est meublée d'un lit boxe 160 x200cm, d'une table de nuit, une armoire avec une étagère en colonne, un bureau et un pendoir avec cintres, le tout pour 500.- .
L'appartement comporte une cuisine partiellement agencée, d'une salle de bain commune et d'un mini salon commun avec un canapé pour se détendre.
La personne pourra s?installer à partir du 1er février et devra rester 1 an minimum même si elle ne figurera pas sur le bail (sous-location).
Nous cherchons une fille, étudiante, d?au moins 21 ans qui est ouverte, calme et propre et qui a vraiment envie d?une vie en colocation. Une personne qui sera rarement présente dans la coloc le week-end sera prioritaire.
Le loyer est à 584.75CHF (les charges sont partiellement comprises--> acomptes en fin d'année si surplus de consommation).

A beautiful, bright room of around 12 m^2 will be available in our girls' roommate for February 1, 2024! The roommate is at Chailly and is made up of 3 girls with you! The room is furnished with a 160 x 200cm box bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe with a column shelf, a desk and a wardrobe with hangers, all for 500.-.
The apartment has a partially fitted kitchen, a shared bathroom and a shared mini living room with a sofa to relax on.
The person will be able to move in from February 1st and must stay for a minimum of 1 year even if they will not appear on the lease (sublet).
We are looking for a girl, student, at least 21 years old who is open, calm and clean and who really wants to live life of flatsharing. A person who will rarely be present in the roommate on weekends will have priority.
The rent is 584.75CHF (charges are partially included--> deposits at the end of the year if excess consumption).
