We rent from 01.01.2022 the apartment shown in the pictures. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom (with washer-dryer), terrace for exclusive use and shared garden. The apartment is very bright and partially renovated with laminate parquet. It also has a private entrance and possibility to rent a parking space / garage.
It is rented unfurnished but with the possibility to buy some furniture from the current tenant.
Nearby Aldi supermarket less than 200 m and public transport stops at 100 m.

Wir vermieten ab 01.01.2022 die auf dem Bild gezeigte Wohnung. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet, aber mit der Möglichkeit, einige Möbel vom derzeitigen Mieter zu kaufen.
