2) Rent
All the costs for the furnished room, heating, electricity, television / radio fees, internet, water, etc. are included.
Also included is the cleaning person, who takes care of the waste daily and of the weekly cleaning. Bed linen and towels change also included.

3) Mobility
The train (S6) to downtown Zurich and to Baden works in half-hour intervals.
In 20 minutes you can take the train to downtown Zurich or Baden.
Own vehicle recommended, parking space outside available.

In 8107 Buchs / ZH, single house, high standard, quiet, sunny position, in the direction of south, nice view of the mountains and village.
The environment is very quiet and well maintained. The garden is turning to the sunny side.
