Die komplett ausgestattete Küchemit mit GK, GS, bietet nebst Geschirr und Pfannen auch eine Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle und Backofen an. Bei Bedarf vermieten wir Ersatzbetten, DVD-Geräte, Telefone, Wasserkocher, Toaste. Das Bügeleisen und Brett sind kostenlos.
Das historische Gebäude liegt im Herzen von Zürich im Kreis 1 in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Paradeplatz und der Bahnhofstrasse. Die Tramhaltestelle Selnau (Tram Nr. 8) liegt unmittelbar vor dem Haus.Ebenfalls in Gehdistanz befinden sich verschiedenste Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Clubs.
Die wöchentliche Apartmentreinigung und das Wechseln der Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Weiter kontrollieren wir zweimal in der Woche die Badetücher und füllen Handseife nach. Den Wasch-Service für private Wäsche bieten wir auf Anfrage fürpauschal CHF 350.- / Monat an.

The airy high-class suite with marble floors and minimalist designer furnishings is fully equipped with flat screen TV, stereo sound system, intercom system, curtains, bedding, towels and dishcloths, also soap dispensers. The kitchen is alsocompletely equipped and boasts a ceramic stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine and cutlery, dishes and pans. If necessary we can provide for a rental fee extra beds, DVD player, telephone, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
This historical building is situated in the heart of Zürich close to the Paradeplatz and the Banhnhofstrasse. The tram stop Selnau (Tram no. 8) is directly in front of the building. Also within walking distance are various shopping possibilities,restaurants, bar and nightclubs.
The weekly cleaning service plus a change of bedding is included in the rent. Further we are checking twice a week the bath towels and refill the hand soap dispenser. We offer a laundry service by request for a fix rate of CHF 350 per month.
