ENGLISHThe country house is located in the hills of Pisticci just 15 km from the Ionian Sea, easy to reach, with comfortable roads and little traffic. It is only 30 minutes from one of the most beautiful cities in Italy: Matera (capital of culture 2019). The hills of Pisticci, rich in traditions, culture and flavors, with majestic and centuries-old olive and carob trees, enclose the Mediterranean warmth. The house is surrounded by organic land. It has a large English garden of 1000 square meters with adjoining parking for 2 cars, all fenced and with a large private entrance road. The house, about 150 square meters, is covered by a massive wooden roof, at different heights, which gives warmth to the house. It consists of a dining room, with fireplace and stone wall plus wood stove. A large open-plan kitchen with a fan-shaped roof and large windows from which, in the morning, you can see the sunrise. Two large double bedrooms, a large bathroom with all the services and a closet. The house is fully furnished. Ha un ampio giardino all'Inglese di 1000 m.q con annesso parcheggio interno per 2 auto, tutta recintata e con un'ampia strada d'ingresso privata. L'abitazione, di circa 150 m.q., è ricoperta da un poderoso tetto in legno, a diverse altezze, che dà calore alla casa. È composta da una sala da pranzo, con camino e parete in pietra piu' stufa a legna. Un'ampia cucina open space, con tetto a ventaglio e grandi finestre dalle quali, il mattino, si scorge il sorgere del sole. Due grandi camere matrimoniali, un ampio bagno con tutti i servizi e ripostiglio. L'abitazione è completamente arredata. All'esterno si trova, inoltre, un'ampia veranda in legno con marciapiede che circonda l'intera casa.Il prezzo è leggermente negoziabile.
