We are looking for a new flatmate to share our beautiful apartement with us. The room is available from beginning of November, unfurnished (after agreement the cabinet can be taken over), about 15 m2 big and equipped with a nice wooden floor and large windows. Our spacious apartment has an open living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. But the best is our huge west balcony with a lot of sun and a view of Uetliberg. Our apartment is located in Albisrieden 8047 in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a park and a forest for all kinds of outdoor activities. The apartment is only 3min away from a tram stop which connects to the center within 15min. Train station Altstetten is also very close, by bike 5min. Various supermarkets like Coop, Spar, Migros, Denner are in walking distance. All costs like Wi-Fi and weekly professional cleaning are included in a monthly rent of 1´200 CHF. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner, um unsere schöne Wohnung mit uns zu teilen. Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang November verfügbar, unmöbliert (nach Absprache kann der Schrank übernommen werden), ca. 15 m2 groß und mit einem schönen Holzboden und grossen Fenstern ausgestattet. Unsere geräumige Wohnung hat einen offenen Wohn-Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Bäder. Aber das Beste ist unser riesiger Balkon mit viel Sonne und Blick auf den Uetliberg. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Albisrieden 8047 in einem ruhigen Quartier, in der Nähe eines Parks und eines Waldes für alle möglichen Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Die Wohnung ist nur drei Minuten von einer Tramhaltestelle entfernt, die in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum führt. Der Bahnhof Altstetten ist ebenfalls sehr nahe, mit dem Velo 5 Minuten. Verschiedene Supermärkte wie Coop, Spar, Migros, Denner sind in zu fuss erreichbar. Alle Kosten wie Wi-Fi und wöchentliche professionelle Reinigung sind in einer Monatsmiete von 1'200 CHF enthalten.We are looking for an English-speaking, open-minded person (male) who appreciates a relaxed and respectful life in a shared flat.
