Die Waschküche und die WCs werden mit Regenwasser gespiesen. In der Übergangszeit kann im Schwedenofen oder im Tibaherd eingefeuert werden. Ich bin Sortenbetreuerin bei ProSpecieRara. Im Frühjahr ziehe ich seltene Tomatensorten. Mithilfe im Garten ist möglich aber kein muss. Die eigenen Hühner fressen Essensresten und Rüstabfälle, liefern dafür feine Eier. Der gedeckte Sitzplatz, die Terrasse unter der Trauerweide und der Garten stehen zur Mitbenützung offen.Ich bin GA-Besitzerin, die Möglichkeit für ein Partner-GA ist vorhanden. Mein Haus liegt fünf Minuten vom Coop, der Post und acht Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Ich bin Mutter von 4 erwachsenen Kindern und Grossmutter von 6 Enkeln die mich ab und zu besuchen kommen. Das Inserat richtet sich an ehrliche, aufgestellte, unkomplizierte und Kindern gegenüber tolerante Person, NR, ohne Haustiere.Ich habe gerne Betrieb im Haus, koche gerne mit Produkten aus der Region und habe es gern gemütlich.Für eine Besichtigung steht mein Haus jederzeit offen.Der angegebene Mietpreis richtet sich je nach Bedürfnis.
