Die Wohnung ist hell und sonnig und hat einen grosszügigen Grundriss. Sie ist sehr für Pendler geeignet, da die S-Bahn kaum 2 Minuten entfernt ist. Falls erwünscht, kann auch ein Autoabstellplatz für Fr. 30.- zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bei Bedarf kann die Wohnung schon nach dem 15. Dezember bezogen werden.

Ein Parkplatz kann dazu gemietet werden.Die Lage ist ideal, da man in 3 Minuten am Bahnhof Killwangen-Spreitenbach ist. In Zürich ist man mit der S-Bahn in 30 min. Der Zug fährt im 15-Minuten-Takt. In Baden ist man mit dem Zug innert 9 Minuten (30-Minuten-Takt). Nach Baden gibt es alle 7 Minuten einen Bus. Es gibt diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Spreitenbach, unter Anderem das Shopping Tivoli.
