Je cherche une/un colocataire pour reprendre le bail avec moi au plus tard le 1 avril. Grand 4,5 pièces de plus de 100m carres habitables. 3 chambres, la mienne, un atelier créatif/bureau peut être à partager, autrement la location descend pour la chambre et le reste de l?appartement, sans l?atelier. La chambre à louer n?a pas de vis-à-vis, vue sur la campagne et les montagnes. Spacieux salon avec cheminée, mobilier et télé à disposition, wifi à partager. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée agréable quand on aime cuisiner, avec lave vaisselle et machine pour la lessive, rangements encastrés dans les murs, presque pas besoin de meubles. Frigo personnel, Tables et chaises à disposition également. Il y a une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, et les WC séparés juste à côté. Le jardin est discret car opposé à la route, il y a de la place et il est possible de partager tout le potager ! Un coin de rangement est assigné au jardin également, il y a deux places de parking comprises dans le loyer, dont une couverte utile pour ranger des vélos. Un immense grenier complète ceci avec congélateur et étagères à disposition pour stocker des choses. Les animaux sont autorisés et bienvenus !! Possible de fumer également. Quelques rénovations de peinture sont déjà en cours. Pleins de possibilités à discuter lors de votre visite, comme prendre des poules car il y a déjà un poulailler par exemple? Vue sur les Alpes depuis le salon et super région pour les promenades et le calme. Arrêt de bus juste en face et gare ferroviaire à proximité.
