Ich suche ab Mitte November eine(n) Nachmieter/in für meine gemütliche Wohnung im EG inkl. Gartensitzplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut erschlossen (5min mit ÖV von Bhf. Uster entfernt), diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop, Migros, Apotheke und Beck) sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar.
Hunde sind nicht erlaubt. Katzen sind grundsätzlich erlaubt, ich empfehle jedoch Wohnungshaltung, da die Umgebung zu befahren ist.

Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen neuwertigen Waschturm (Tumbler und Waschmaschine ) und eine Geschirrspüler. Die Geräte sind Teil der Nachmieterschaft und müssten von mir zu folgenden Konditionen übernommen werden:

- Geschirrspüler (V-Zug GS Adora 1755 FS): CHF 800.-
- Waschmaschine (Fust Oekoline WA Adira FSLQ 81) CHF 1100.-
- Tumbler (Novomatic TW Adora FTL 41) CHF 900.-

Alle Geräte wurden von der Verwaltung bewilligt und fachmännisch installiert. Kaufverträge sind vorhanden.
