Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere 1.5-Zimmer Wohnung in Aarau ab 01.12.2021(oder nach Vereinbarung). Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Bad mit viel Stauraum, Dusche und Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kleinen Balkon direkt bei der Küche und einen etwas grösseren (ca. 5m^2) beim Wohn-/Esszimmer. Weil wir uns räumlich verändern, können ausserdem viele Möbel günstig übernommen werden. (z.B. Klappsofa, Bett, Esstisch mit Stühlen, TV-Möbel, Sofa)

Die Wohnung wird befristet bis Ende 2022 vermietet.
