Due to relocation we are urgently looking for new tenants to take over the rental contract of our 5.5 duplex apartment / maisonette located in Thalwil. The apartment is located on the first floor of an swiss traditional house recently renovated, very well kept with a shared garden. At first floor there are one master bedroom, one large single bedroom, a bathroom with separated wc, well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer and a large living room with a dining space. At second floor, through internal stairs, you enter to the large loft which can be used as an additional bedroom, play / fitness room or lounge. The area is very quite, 10 minutes walking distance from Thalwil railway station (very well connected with Zurich) and one minute walk from the bus stop, public schools and supermarket are also in the close area. Rental cost is 3.490 CHF (included expenses) per month. Outdoor car parking is 85 CHF per month.
