Es ist ein 6,5 Zimmer Haus welches 2001 gebaut wurde. Man hat viel Platz zusammen, jedoch auch für sich. Wir sind unkompliziert und essen gerne gemeinsam.


Der Mietzins ist zusammengestellt aus:
550.- Miete für Zimmer und Co.
ca 30.- Miete jedoch haben wir jetzt eine PV Anlage, somit wird es noch ein wenig billiger.
