Hello! I am leaving my apartment in Binz by November 2021 and I am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is a 4.5 rooms (73m2), located at the 2nd floor. It has a balcony overlooking the garden and it is very sunny all day long and quiet. There are 3 rooms, of which 2 with a window to the balcony (sleeping and leaving room). The kitchen is in a separate very wide room, with glass ceramic and large freezer and refrigerator. The bathroom has the bath tube. There are two built- in closet in the corridor. Parking in the garage next to the building. There is a bus station just next to the builiding that brings you within 5 minutes to a big mall with multiple supermarkets and 10 minutes to Klusplatz. Hallo! Ich werde meine Wohnung in Binz ab November 2021 verlassen und suche einen neuen Mieter. Die Wohnung ist ein 4.5 (73m2) Zimmerwohnung auf dem zweiten Stock. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit Aussicht auf dem Garten. Es ist sehr sonnig und ruhig den ganzen Tag. Es gibt drei Zimmer und zwei haben Zugang auf der Terrasse (Wohn- und Schlaf- zimmer). Die Küche ist in einem separaten und grossen Raum und sie hat Glasskeramik und sehr grossen Gefrierschrank und Kühlschrank. Das Badenzimmer hat eine Badewanne. In dem Gang gibt es zwei grössen Einbauschränke. Es gibt ein Parkplatz in der Garage neben der Wohnung. Vor der Gebäude gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und man ist weniger als 5 Minuten vom Ladenzentrum und in 10 Minuten von Klusplatz entfernt. Die Miete inkl.
