Mietbeginn ist 2. November oder früher, Miete CHF 980 inklusive Nebenkosten. Kellerabteil, Waschküche zu Mitbenutzung. Bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz dazu gemietet werden.

Bei Wunsch kann die Wohnung auch gerne (teil-)möbliert übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, nahe dem Dorfkern und von Grün umgeben. Zum Bahnhof sind es 3 Gehminuten, regelmässige Zugverbindung (27 Minuten) von Sissach nach Basel.

Besichtigungstermin ist Freitag 25. Oktober von 29 bis 22 Uhr. Bei Interesse bitte kurz per SMS anmelden.
