Ich (w 24) suche ein neues WG Gspändli für meine 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung in Belp am Kastanienweg.
Dein Zimmer wäre 13m² gross.
Es wäre schön wenn du einen Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit hättest. Zudem bin ich ein geselliger Typ und würde auch gerne zusammen was unternehmen oder kochen.
Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Volg ist in umittelbarer Nähe und Migros/Coop etc sind im Dorfzentrum.

Die Miete beträgt 1220.- mit Nebenkosten; Strom, Internet, Bilag etc würde noch dazukommen.

Auf ein gutes Zusammenwohnen würde ich mich freuen?
