Ich suche per 1. März Nachmieter für meine helle und gemütliche 1.5-Zimmer Altbauwohnung an der Schärerstrasse 23 in Bern. Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (kein Lift) und bietet Aussicht über die Nachbarhäuser. Die zwei grosszügigen Zimmer mit hohen Decken haben Parkettboden, die gemütliche Wohnküche bietet Platz für einen Tisch und wartet mit einem tollem Einbauschrank auf. Gekocht wird mit Gas, abgewaschen von Hand.

Die Wohnung hat zwar keinen Balkon, dafür aber eine Art Loggia mit grosser Fensterfront und viel Sonneneinstrahlung.

Besichtigungstermin nach Vereinbarung oder am Mittwoch, 22. Januar 2020 zwischen 18:30 Uhr und 19:30 Uhr. Bitte gib mir kurz Bescheid wenn du vorbeikommen möchtest, merci.
