The Villa, built in 1800 by an ancient family originally from Marseilles and still owned by the same, is located near Sanremo, in the urban center of Arma di Taggia, 500 meters from the sea. Surrounded by a park of approx. 5000 made up of precious old trees, avenues and ancient artifacts. The building is spread over four floors for a total area of approx. 1000. It consists of a basement level intended for service area (kitchen, pantry, laundry, cellars, etc.), of a ground floor with living room, dining room, TV room, bar corner, billiard room, piano room, large library study; of a first floor used as a sleeping area and upper floor with mansard rooms.
