Die geschlossene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Espressomaschine, Toaster, Kochutensilien und Geschirr für 6 Personen. Tisch- /Frottee-Wäsche sowie Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett gehören zur Standardausstattung. Moderne Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner im Parterre.
Die monatliche Miete für diese Nichtraucher-Wohnung versteht sich inklusive Strom, Heizung, Internet und sämtliche Nebenkosten. Mindestmietdauer 2 Monate. Die Endreinigung beträgt CHF 250.-. This fully furnished apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful old city of Mellingen.
Shopping facilities and restaurants are more or less on your doorstep. On-street parking at the house. The bus ride to the centre of Baden takes 23 minutes. The railway station Heitersberg is a 6 minutes bus ride away and the train ride to Zurich takes 22 minutes. An ideal location if you work in Zürich but want to avoid the high rental costs there.
This non-smoking apartment is fully fitted with modern furniture. It includes all required facilities like Flat HD digital TV with more than 120 channels, DVD-Video/Audio, WLAN/Internet, bed linen, towels, steam iron, iron board etc. The closed kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery for 6 persons, fridge, espresso coffee machine, toaster, oven and a microwave.
Modern washer and dryer available on the ground floor.
All additional costs such as WLAN, electricity, heating etc. are included. One-time fee for final cleaning CHF 250. Minimum stay 8 weeks. Parking space available on request.
We offer daily or weekly housekeeping/change of linen and arrival services to and from the Zurich airport (surcharge).
