This tiny hotel with restaurant is situated near the Tuscan city of Arezzo, along the road that links it to Siena, with a marvellous view over the Chianti hills.
The main building, a former farm which typical finishings has been preserved and restored, contains the dining rooms, the kitchens and some guest rooms.
The property comprise more than 4 hectars of fields, partly used as park with swimming pool and parking area.
There is an already authorized developement project which consists of an enlargement of the resort with more guest rooms, a sporting center and even an own train station along a local railway to be placed on the border of the property.
